We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
We accept most forms of insurance, except Medicare and Medicaid.
Two days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a reminder phone call and (if you wish) an email. If you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance that you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will owe a $100 Missed Appointment Fee. If you experience an emergency, such as illness of yourself or your child, we will not charge you for a missed session–just let us know what is happening. However, we do not consider “having to work” an emergency. Our services are in demand, and we regularly maintain a waiting list.
